Marine Intellegent Wind Alarm System (IWAS)
The Wind Alarm System gives an audible and visual alarm when the specified wind limit is exceeded. The wind alarm system is directly connected to the existing device or wind sensor on board. The device can be set to a 2-level alarm threshold. In addition, siren and warning lamp can be connected externally. Wind speed, direction and UTC time are recorded every second. It keeps the last two days of data in the internal SD card memory.
Wind speed unit can be set as m/s, km/h, knots. The Beaufort scale is calculated and displayed instantly.
It provides easy view with its 7 inch large color touch panel display. It is suitable for flush and desktop mounting with its robust casing.
Wind alarm system can also be used in different areas which can be used for crane and heavy lift operations, for example at construction, industry.
